Residential Area Manager 80% - 100%
Your Tasks
- You take over the professional and personnel management of the employees and ensure a high quality of care processes in the department
- You lead your team with commitment, lead by example and promote motivation as well as collaboration
- You support the planning, coordination and organisation of daily care based on our care concept
- You ensure a smooth flow of information between residents, relatives and the care team
- You work closely with the Head of Care and support them in organisational, administrative and strategic tasks
- You actively contribute to care and take on assigned duties, including weekend shifts
- You accompany and support apprentices and interns in their training and further education
Your Profile
- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH or specialist in long-term care and support BP
- Experience as a team leader/ward manager
- Several years of experience in long-term care
- Enjoyment in leading, developing and motivating employees as well as working in a team
- Strong communication and social skills in dealing with residents, relatives and employees
- You understand Swiss German and speak fluent High German
