- Independent management and coordination of demanding fit-out projects (especially office buildings, retail and gastronomy, façade and roof renovations)
- Responsibility for cost, schedule, and quality management
- Accompanying projects from execution planning to handover
- Leading contractors, specialist planners, and external partners
- Ensuring smooth communication between all project participants
- Preparing building applications and clarifications with authorities
This is what defines you.
- Training as a site manager, building interior draughtsperson, or equivalent technical education
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Switzerland
- Strong architectural understanding and high constructive standards
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French is an advantage
- CAD skills are an advantage
- Knowledge of Messerli Baua and MS Project is an advantage
