Murhof AG in St. Urban, a district of the municipality of Pfaffnau, offers around 60 residents a familiar home with comprehensive services in a family-like and personal atmosphere. Around 80 employees (60 full-time positions) are committed daily to a high quality of life and care. At the same time, Murhof is facing a pioneering development: With the project "Murhof – Living in Community," a new care home with 72 care places as well as around 40 retirement apartments are to be realised together with an investor, and the future ownership and sponsorship structure is to be further developed. Managing Director (80 – 100 %)
Together with the Board of Directors and the future new sponsorship, you will shape the strategic further development of Murhof. At the same time, you bear overall responsibility for the ongoing operation and develop it consistently in economic, qualitative, and organisational terms.
You lead and develop the management team and executives, create clear structures and responsibilities, and promote a culture of personal responsibility, collaboration, and joy in the shared task. Together with the management team members, you implement operational goals and further develop Murhof as an attractive employer. You are responsible for business management control and the continuous development of organisation, quality, and processes. In the project "Murhof – Living in Community," you bring in the operational perspective and form the interface between the Board of Directors, ownership, building commission, and operation. Together with the management and executives, you maintain proactive communication with the various stakeholders and represent Murhof convincingly and with enthusiasm externally.
We are addressing an experienced, business-savvy leader with several years of leadership experience in a similar role and appropriate training. You combine entrepreneurial and holistic thinking with social competence, initiative, and natural authority. You promote self-determined living at Murhof and place great value on empathetic, binding, and constructive collaboration.
