Your Mission

Do you have diesel in your blood, agriculture at heart, and enthusiasm for strong brands? Then become part of our team and bring the tradition, innovative strength, and passion of Case IH and Steyr directly to the farmers and contractors of Eastern Switzerland.

Your Tasks

Inspire dealers
You will support our trade partners in Eastern Switzerland, further develop existing partnerships, and sustainably strengthen collaboration.

Win customers
You will enthuse farmers and contractors, build new relationships with passion and conviction, and acquire new customers.

Make machines tangible
You will advise customers, prepare quotations, and ensure that our machines impress during sales campaigns, customer events, and field demonstrations.

Develop your territory
With initiative, expertise, and dedication, you will make Case IH and STEYR even stronger in your region.

Your Profile

• Technical or agricultural background with sales experience and enthusiasm for agricultural technology
• Or a commercial education with a strong connection to agricultural technology
• Strong communication skills, fluent German, and confident use of MS Office
• Team spirit, initiative, and the motivation to take things up a gear together
