Your tasks

• Receiving and coordinating orders in the house delivery service Collectors via email, SMS, WhatsApp, and telephone
• Maintaining order lists, recording orders in Excel
• Responsible for the Collectors telephone switchboard – providing information and clarifying questions
• Active communication with the drivers
• Overview of the order situation and planning of driving orders

• Communicative skills both oral and written
• Reliable and responsible personality
• Team player and quality awareness
• Independent and careful working style
• Good comprehension
• Customer-friendly and cheerful personality
• IT knowledge of Office 365 is an advantage
