The work-life balance of our employees is important to us. That is why we create the conditions for flexible working hours – with options for mobile working, home office and part-time positions.
We promote personal and professional development
Lifelong learning is part of our culture. We provide space for individual professional and personal development and support our employees specifically – with a diverse internal training offer as well as a cost contribution for external further training.
