About the job
What I drive
- Leadership and further development of the IT infrastructure team (approx. 12 employees)
- Strategic and operational responsibility for operations, projects and budget
- Ensuring availability, scalability and IT security
- Definition and implementation of the security strategy including ISMS & compliance
- Security monitoring, incident response and awareness raising
- Technology evaluation as well as maintenance of guidelines, processes and documentation
- Interface to specialist departments and external partners
What it takes
- Completed training in computer science (HF/FH) or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in IT infrastructure and system administration as well as experience from the industrial environment (manufacturing operation)
- Several years of leadership experience
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft technologies, virtualisation, networks
- Analytical thinking, structured working method, high personal responsibility
- German and English skills, spoken and written
