Responsible for Vocational Training and Reception 80% (m/f/d)
You love direct contact with people and enjoy coordinating the services at our reception. During quieter periods, you take on responsibility for the leadership and support of our apprentices as well as for commercially demanding tasks.
Tasks:
- Overall responsibility for vocational training
- Leadership and support of commercial apprentices
- Planning, organisation and execution of central events for the entire company, especially for the apprenticeship sector
- Responsibility for the reception/telephone switchboard area
- Commercial activities for reception/telephone switchboard as well as for HR and other departments
- Coordination/support of apprentices at reception and in their projects
- Contact person for all matters concerning the post
Requirements:
- Completed commercial basic training
- Solid experience in training commercial apprentices; completed vocational trainer course
- Very good German and English skills, additional languages an advantage
- Sound IT user knowledge
- HR knowledge an advantage
- Personal qualities: flexible, communicative, motivated, reliable, solution-oriented
