Service Owner Operations 80-100% (56370)

Task

For our client, we are looking to cover a personnel absence with an experienced Service Owner focusing on operations. The centrepiece is a new customer portal going live at the end of October. You will ensure stable operations and take over the coordination and documentation of the corresponding processes. Based on an existing operations concept, you will implement the defined processes, coordinate the involved parties, and ensure that open issues are properly prioritised and reliably handled. Especially during the hypercare phase in October and November, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth operations.

Requirements

• Experience in Application Support, Application Management, Service Management, or a comparable role
• Good understanding of operational IT processes and their interrelations
• Experience in implementing and coordinating defined operational processes
• Ability to prioritise tasks and incidents correctly and initiate appropriate measures
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Independent, structured, and proactive working style
• High degree of personal responsibility
• Basic technical understanding without requiring in-depth technical specialist knowledge
• Willingness to be highly present on-site during the introduction and hypercare phase
