• Overall responsibility for requirements and verification management (R&V) across all project and product phases
• Analysis, structuring and coordination of requirements from the following stakeholders: customer, approval, safety, IT security and internal sources
• Definition, standardisation and governance of R&V processes including enforcement in projects
• Establishment and further development of DOORS NG as a central platform (data structures, workflows, standards, traceability)
• Control and operational implementation of R&V management in projects
• Active management of interfaces to engineering, RAM, approval, project management and customers
• Moderation of goal conflicts and escalation in case of deviations
• Ensuring complete traceability, reliable verification documentation, compliance with quality, safety and approval requirements
• Building and leading an R&V team (2 employees) as well as developing sustainable competencies
• Contribution to reducing project risks as well as ensuring schedule and cost security

• University degree (ETH/UNI/FH) in engineering or equivalent
• Several years of experience in systems engineering, requirements engineering ideally in plant construction
• Solid understanding of requirements management throughout the entire lifecycle, verification documentation and traceability, and approval, safety and compliance requirements
• Experience with DOORS NG or comparable tools as well as in defining data models and processes
• Very good system understanding (mechanics, electrical, software) as well as ability to structure complex relationships
• Experience in interface management and collaboration with customers, authorities and internal departments
• Strong analytical and structured working style
• Leadership skills and ability to drive topics decisively – even without direct disciplinary authority
