Employee Master Data & Billing Management 100% (m, f, d)

Your main tasks

• Ensuring the quality, completeness, and timeliness of all master data as well as proper and timely invoicing
• Definition, documentation, and further development of billing and master data processes
• Building and maintaining key performance indicator (KPI) systems for process monitoring and performance control
• Analysis and optimization of interfaces between systems and departments
• Processing of accounts receivable and management of data queries
• Professional support of employees on data and billing topics
• Creation of reports, evaluations, and management information

Your profile

• Completed training as a merchant or IT specialist
• Additional qualification in accounting or data management is an advantage
• Experience with Salesforce, master data management, invoicing, or back office management
• Confident handling of ERP and CRM systems
• Careful, structured, and precise working style
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• High quality and sense of responsibility
