- Advice and assistance to clients, mainly by phone or at reception when they visit the agency
- Assistance to insurance advisors (pension and asset management areas) in scheduling appointments, preparing advice, and following up on client files.
- Drafting insurance offers and proposals
- Ongoing support to the agency's advisory teams for all administrative matters
- Frequent exchanges with various departments of AXA's regional headquarters for all administrative issues
- General correspondence and administrative tasks of the agency related to internal service
Your skills and talents
Your skills and talents
- You have completed commercial training, hold the AFA certificate, and are familiar with Individual Pension (3rd pillar), Occupational Pension (LPP), and Health Insurance
- You have some experience in administrative activities related to sales. Moreover, besides administrative tasks, sales and advice genuinely interest you
- Your personality is service-oriented and you have ease in dealing with others. You seek solutions for each of your contacts and can adapt to any situation
- With a positive and dynamic temperament, you are reliable and able to withstand stress while remaining effective in all circumstances
- Versatility and flexibility go hand in hand with your team spirit
- You are proficient in French both spoken and written; any other language is an additional asset
- You reside in our activity area and have a good knowledge of the local economic fabric
- You are comfortable with common IT systems as well as learning new digital tools
