- Professional, organisational and personnel responsibility for the HR department
- Ensuring and optimising all processes along the HR lifecycle
- Advising and supporting the management board and executives on personnel and labour law matters
- Leading operational HR projects
- Supporting the management board in HR strategic topics
- Contact person for external partner organisations and authorities in the HR area
Your Profile
- Commercial basic training with further education in HR (e.g. FA/federal diploma/CAS/DAS)
- Leadership experience in HR of an SME, preferably in the food industry
- Sound knowledge in recruitment, labour law and social security
- Strong communication skills, high social competence and assertiveness
- High service orientation with strong quality awareness
- Entrepreneurial, networked and solution-oriented thinking
- Advanced IT user skills, Abacus advantageous
- Excellent German skills in spoken and written form, French skills advantageous
