Varied and responsible – your main tasks

You take responsibility for defined purchasing and product areas and ensure reliable supply of goods together with the purchasing team. In doing so, you combine the daily operational purchasing work with the further development of our procurement. Your tasks include:

• Independent handling of operational purchasing from order to goods receipt
• Ensuring product availability as well as monitoring delivery dates and minimum stocks
• Creation and processing of order proposals Coordination with national and international suppliers
• Monitoring and coordination of container business Checking supplier invoices and customs statements
• Handling complaints and quality issues
• Participation in sustainability topics as well as monitoring and implementation of regulatory product requirements and internal guidelines
• Maintenance of article, supplier and purchasing master data Observation of procurement markets, prices and delivery conditions
• Development of sustainability guidelines
• Support in supplier discussions and condition negotiations
• Participation in the evaluation and further development of existing suppliers
• Identifying and implementing optimisation opportunities in costs, availability and purchasing processes
• Participation in cross-departmental projects

Independent and team-oriented – what you bring

• Commercial or comparable training
• Further training in purchasing, for example as a purchasing specialist, advantageous
• Several years of experience in operational purchasing
• Enjoyment of daily business combined with interest in strategic purchasing topics
• Good understanding of goods flows, availability and stocks
• Experience in import and container business advantageous
• Confident handling of ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Good German and English skills, spoken and written
• Negotiation skills and a good sense of costs and quality
• Structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style
• Initiative, sense of responsibility and enjoyment of working with various interfaces
• Interest in our products around floor coverings, skirting boards, profiles and tools
