Import Clerk

For our client, we are looking for a committed and reliable individual for import processing. You will keep an eye on orders and delivery dates and coordinate the processes from the supplier to goods distribution.

Your tasks

• Enter, process and forward orders in the system to suppliers

• Maintain balance lists and delivery date overviews

• Check and reconcile invoices and packing lists

• Post amounts in transit goods lists and balance overviews

• Communicate with banks regarding the handling of letters of credit

• Check transport bookings, coordinate with purchasing and confirm with the freight forwarder

• Update transit lists, quantities and goods receipts in Futura and Offtex

• Create delivery lists and coordinate goods distribution in the Offtex Manager

• Provide distribution protocols and delivery notes for the warehouse in Brunegg

• Maintain article attributes, remaining quantities, price changes and copies

Your profile

• Completed commercial training, ideally with initial experience in import, order processing or logistics

• Independent, precise and structured way of working

• Initiative and willingness to take responsibility

• Organisational talent and enjoyment in contact with different stakeholders

• Good MS Office skills; experience with Futura or Offtex is an advantage

• Good German skills as well as English skills for international correspondence

• Motivation to learn new things and develop professionally
