To strengthen our team, we are looking for a young, motivated and committed individual as

ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTSPERSON AND JUNIOR SITE MANAGER, 60-100%

for the independent planning, project design and realisation of conversion and renovation projects within our own property portfolio. You will lead and support projects from the initial idea through the building application to completion and handover of keys.

Your tasks

Collaboration in the Development and Construction team Coordination and cooperation with architects, specialist planners, authorities and contractors Independent site management of smaller construction projects

Your profile

Training as an architectural draftsperson, draughtsperson EFZ architecture, aspiring site manager or comparable qualification Ideally some experience in planning and realising construction projects
