Automation Engineer Software Support (a) 80% - 100%

This is your job - your main tasks at Gilgen Logistics AG

• Independent fault finding and rectification
• Support of maintenance activities (electrical and software areas)
• Commissioning and ramp-up support of systems on site
• Support and advice to customers on technical questions in after-sales
• Planning and monitoring of rework and fault rectification by subcontractors
• Taking on the on-call service (24/7)

These qualifications are important to us

• Basic mechatronic training (electromechanic, automation technician, etc.)
• Completed further education at HF / FH level (electrical engineering, automation or similar) is an advantage
• Experience with PLC controls (mainly TIA or S7)
• Driving licence category B mandatory
• Very good analytical and systemic thinking skills
• Service- and team-oriented

As the icing on the cake you bring

• Foreign language skills in English and French (spoken)
• Experience in service and/or fault rectification
