At the heart of the Côte between lake, vineyards and mountains, the L’Espérance foundation, established in 1872, is a specialised institution working for children and adults with disabilities.

We are looking to add the skills and enthusiasm of a qualified educator to our socio-educational support management.

Mission:

• support in residential care for adults with intellectual disabilities in boarding
• participation in the development and implementation of individualised projects for each person cared for
• participation in the organisation and management of a living space
• perform delegated care and medical-technical acts
• interdisciplinary collaboration and with families

Profile:

• HES-ES educator diploma
• proven experience in supporting people with ASD
• training for intellectual developmental disorders
• ease in work, team communication, task organisation; reliability
• strong motivation for developing new educational actions
• holder of a driving licence
• ability to work independently
• proficient user of common IT tools
