Job Description
- Analysis and allocation of suitable products and assortments for customer enquiries and tenders
- Creation and calculation of competitive offers to support the sales team
- Processing of national and international enquiries as well as tenders
- Maintenance, management and ongoing updating of relevant controlling and reporting documents
- Follow-up of outstanding offers and ensuring transparent status documentation
- Participation in extensive tender and bid projects
- Attendance at internal tender meetings, reviews and de-briefings
- Responsibility for processing the electronic inbox
- Further development and standardisation of templates and internal work processes
- Function as the central contact person between the involved specialist departments
- Ensuring timely processing in compliance with defined service levels
- Support in the implementation of new customers and projects
Profile
- Completed commercial training or comparable further education
- German at native speaker level, both spoken and written
- Additional language skills are an advantage
- Initial experience with quotations, offer calculation or bid writing
- Strong affinity for numbers as well as precise and analytical working style
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
