Your tasks and expertise

Solid consulting experience: You bring at least 7 years of experience in experience-related roles, for example in market research, UX, CX, requirements engineering, or business analysis – at least 5 years of which in an agency or strategy consultancy. You independently manage projects from order clarification to handover, confidently navigate through various stakeholder landscapes (from specialist departments to management), and keep a cool head even in tricky situations.

Research competence and methodology: You independently design, conduct, and evaluate qualitative and quantitative studies (surveys, observations, experiments, and content analyses). You clearly distinguish between evidence and hypothesis and set the methodological standard within the team – also in regulated environments.

Designing concepts: You develop visions, interactive systems, and journey maps and bring the initial idea to paper yourself as a sketch, storyboard, or with current visualisation tools. Standards such as ISO 9241 or WCAG are familiar tools for you.

Shaping business: Acquisition is a natural part of your consulting role. You write proposals, rock pitches, independently build customer relationships, and actively contribute to pipeline development.

Communication skills and knowledge sharing: You express yourself precisely in writing and strongly orally in front of groups (German at C1/native speaker level). You convincingly present ideas to clients and gladly share your knowledge, whether through peer-to-peer mentoring within the team or via lectures and specialist articles for your external reputation.

1. Your application – It all starts with a simple link

2. Questionnaire

Next, you will receive a link to an online survey. We ask some typical application questions, including your salary expectations.

3. Case study

If your CV appeals to us, we will send you a case study, for which you have 3 days to complete. However, this does not mean you have to spend 3 full days on it.

4. Getting to know each other

If your case study convinces us, we will contact you to arrange three interviews. We have two founders, you know. 🙂 And you will also meet a team member. The interviews will take place as soon as possible after your case study, and we clearly consider any time restrictions you may have due to your current job. In the interviews, you can also ask your burning questions.

5. Decision

If it fits, we are of course delighted. If not, then maybe another time. You will be informed by phone in both cases.
