To strengthen our team in the Global Engineering department, we are looking for a committed Construction Management Lead (m/f/d), 100%.

Your responsibilities:

• Development, standardisation, and enforcement of construction, HSE, and quality standards
• Advising project teams on technical, organisational, and regulatory matters including buildability assessments
• Monitoring the entire project landscape, identifying risks, and escalating to management
• Managing construction processes, trades, site managers, and external partners in a GMP environment
• Reviewing plans, construction schedules, progress reports, and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Conducting safety inspections, risk analyses, and enforcing safety rules according to SIA 118
• Ensuring GMP-compliant documentation including construction diaries, approvals, test reports, and mechanical completion
• Main interface to client, planners, general contractors, and suppliers as well as moderating coordination meetings and conflict resolution

Your profile:

• Completed technical degree in civil engineering, architecture, process engineering, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in construction management of large industrial or infrastructure projects
• Experience in GMP environments from pharma, biotech, or chemical industries is an advantage
• Knowledge of EPC/EPCM structures and complex stakeholder environments
• Sound knowledge of Swiss construction and safety regulations
• Strong leadership and governance skills as well as diplomatic assertiveness
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style with the ability to manage multiple project levels simultaneously
• Experience in managing external CM mandates or general contractors as well as very good German and English skills
