Locations: Laufen and Dornach

What to expect

With us, you are more than just an advisor – you accompany people to better hearing and thus to a higher quality of life:

• You support our customers from the first conversation to the optimal hearing solution

• You conduct hearing tests and ear mould impressions professionally

• You advise on hearing systems and accessories – individually, empathetically and competently

• You ensure long-term customer relationships with real added value

• You take care of administrative tasks including cash management

• You undertake minor services and maintenance of hearing aids

What you bring

You are communicative, service-oriented and enjoy working with people:

• Experience in sales or customer consulting (retail)

• Strong service and customer orientation with a lot of empathy

• Interest in technology and digital solutions

• Careful and responsible way of working

• Team spirit and motivation to develop yourself further
