Technical Customer Advisor (m/f)

Your tasks

• Support and technical assistance for service technicians
• Support of commercial products
• Planning and conducting training sessions
• Technical support for dealers and major customers
• Processing warranty requests
• Representations in the customer service office
  

Your profile

• Completed technical apprenticeship, possibly technical business clerk or similar
• Practical experience in customer support
• Native German speaker with very good knowledge of French
• Proficient in handling MS Office applications
• Industry knowledge in the forklift sector is an advantage
• Negotiation skills, assertiveness and teamwork are among your strengths
• Your appearance is neat, you have a confident manner with good social skills
