Quality Assurance Specialist in Food Production
Do you want to not only control quality but actively shape it? As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you accompany our production, work closely with various departments and contribute to the continuous development of processes and products. In doing so, you ensure that our high quality standards are lived and adhered to along the entire value chain.
Your future main tasks:
- You accompany ongoing production and ensure with in-process controls and the management of the LIMS that our high quality standards are met
- You test and analyse raw materials as well as traded goods, making an important contribution to food safety
- You handle complaints and deviations, analyse causes and support the implementation of improvement measures
- You help to identify potential for the further development of processes and standards
Your ideal qualifications:
- You have a basic education in the food sector (e.g. food technologist, baker or chef) and bring initial professional experience in industrial food production
- Quality and food safety are important to you and you enjoy working carefully, structured and independently
- You are comfortable with MS Office and have an interest in digital systems and documentation
- You communicate openly, enjoy working with different departments and actively contribute your ideas
