To strengthen our team in the Retail – Non Food sector, we are looking for a motivated and committed Floor Manager Fashion and Hardgoods 100% (m/f/d) at the Baden location, starting 01.08.2026, permanent.

Your responsibilities
- You take on the strategic management of all areas including planning and organizing all promotions.
- You continuously assess the commercial situation, analyze relevant key figures, and derive concrete improvement measures.
- You lead, motivate, and coach employees and also identify and promote junior talents.
- You recognize local and seasonal customer needs, conduct internal and external benchmarks, and implement any optimizations.
- You ensure active and cooperative communication and collaboration with headquarters and suppliers.
- You are responsible for planning and implementing budget targets.
- You independently conduct hiring, termination, and employee discussions.
- You build a motivated, customer- and performance-oriented team.
- You ensure quantitative and qualitative personnel structures according to strategic orientation.

Your profile
- You have completed basic training in retail and have several years of specialized professional experience.
- You have already gained direct leadership experience.
- You possess advanced professional training with a business background; ideally, you have completed further training as a retail specialist.
- You have proven experience in the required area.
- You have already proven yourself in a similar success-oriented position and know the responsibilities of such a role.
- You enjoy creating new things and find a suitable solution for every problem.
- You are innovative and strive for new challenges.
- You enjoy strategic tasks and evaluations (ad hoc analyses, KPIs, etc.).
- You can lead your team result-oriented, inspire with your coaching qualities, and motivate sustainably.
