Service Advisor (m/f/d), 100%
As a Service Advisor, you are the business card of our company. Are you a proactive doer with the necessary dose of empathy that our customers can rely on? Would you like to learn more about this exciting role?
Your task:
You are responsible for order acceptance and recording, creating quotations, and scheduling appointments with our customers. Workshop and maintenance planning also fall within your area of responsibility. You advise our customers competently and offer them needs-oriented service and maintenance solutions. As an experienced professional, you receive customer concerns and independently develop appropriate solution proposals. Thanks to your professional experience in the industry, you navigate skillfully through common key figures, keep the overall company goal in sight, and find adequate solutions for challenges.

You offer us:

• Good DMS and MS Office user skills
• Enjoyment in selling products and services
• Local language proficiency in spoken and written form is a must
