Senior Technical Consultant - AI Workplace

This is what gets you up in the morning:

• You take on the technical responsibility in customer projects – from analysis through conception to implementation and introduction of Microsoft 365 and Copilot solutions.
• You analyse customer requirements and develop solution architectures for collaboration, knowledge management, employee experience, and the use of artificial intelligence based on Microsoft 365 and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• You assess the technical and organisational framework conditions of our customers and develop target images as well as recommendations for action for the use of Copilot and AI in the digital workplace.
• You develop governance concepts for Microsoft 365 and Copilot taking into account compliance, information management, security, and AI governance requirements.
• You design information architectures as well as intranet and knowledge management solutions based on SharePoint Online.
• You lead technical workshops, architecture reviews, and strategic consulting mandates.
• You support the further development of our offering through the establishment of best practices, professional exchange, and mentoring.

We expect from you:

• Several years of experience as a Technical Consultant, Solution Architect, or Engineer in the field of Microsoft 365, Modern Work, or Digital Workplace.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and related cloud services.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot or the use of AI in the context of the digital workplace.
• Experience in several of the following areas: information architecture, knowledge management, Microsoft Viva, Power Platform, governance, compliance, information management, or AI governance.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into viable solution architectures and to communicate technical matters appropriately to the audience.
• Strong consulting and communication skills.
• A degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field.
• Excellent German and good English skills.
• Willingness to travel within the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
• Work location Zurich, Bern, or Basel with flexible working models.
