About us
As one of the leading business law firms in Switzerland, we advise national and international clients at our locations in Zurich, Basel and Geneva at the highest level. To strengthen our event team in Zurich, we are looking for a committed and highly organised individual to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- End-to-end event management: You plan, organise and implement various event formats (including specialist events, networking aperitifs, firm events). You are responsible for budgets, schedules and production plans, appointment and participant coordination as well as invitations and presentations.
- Interface coordination and support: You work closely with our lawyers. You coordinate external service providers such as catering and event venues and are the central contact person for speakers and guests.
- Administration and follow-up: You maintain event calendars, invitation lists and relevant data in our event tool. You ensure proper documentation, publish event contributions on social media and evaluate feedback and other responses after the events.
Your profile
- Qualification and experience: You have a commercial basic education as well as further training or a degree in event management or marketing. In addition, you have at least three years of experience in event management, ideally in a law firm, consulting or corporate environment.
- Organisation and flexibility: You work in a structured manner, set priorities confidently and keep an overview even in dynamic situations. A professional appearance, pronounced hosting qualities and the necessary time flexibility for events complete your profile.
- Digital and language skills: You are proficient in MS Office and event tools and use AI applications purposefully in everyday work. You have a confident command of German and very good English skills, both spoken and written; knowledge of French is an advantage.
What to expect from us
- Responsibility and scope for creativity: You organise your tasks independently, contribute your own ideas and further develop existing formats and processes.
- Attractive working environment: You can expect a professional, straightforward collaboration with short communication paths within the team, modern work equipment and a central workplace in Zurich.
- Shared experiences: Internal events offer you the opportunity for regular exchange and cross-team encounters to strengthen the common bond.
