Your Responsibilities
As a hair stylist, you ensure the professional execution of services while considering individual guest wishes. This also includes
- Attending to regular and walk-in customers (hotel guests) throughout the entire service process; from consultation to implementation in the areas of cut, colour, and styling
- Advising on and selling exclusive hair care and styling products
- Careful cash handling and accounting in daily business
- Support in the reception area as well as organisation and maintenance of appointment scheduling
- Confident and solution-oriented handling of demanding guest feedback
Your Profile
You have completed training as a hairdresser / barber with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) or an equivalent qualification, and additionally have
- Experience gained in a demanding, luxurious salon environment
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills; additional languages are an advantage
- Confident use of common PC applications and reservation systems
- A strong passion for high-quality products, excellent styling, and a fine sense of aesthetics and trends
- Independent, structured, and organised working style with a high standard of quality
- Respectful and discreet interaction with guests as well as a solution-oriented attitude
