SANTIS Training AG offers various integration programs at 5 locations in the German-speaking part of Switzerland as part of the professional integration of IV- and ALV-insured persons. For the Zurich location, we are looking for an:

Specialist Support Mediamatics 80 – 100 %

In this role, you are primarily responsible for the professional support of participants in work integration and apprentices of the IV.

Your tasks:

Professional support, training, and assistance of EFZ apprentices and IV participants in Mediamatics with a focus on integration into the primary labor market
Promoting and demanding work methodology and social skills
Accompanying projects and assignments
Regular reporting to case management on the training status and performance capability
Updating information in internal tools and training platforms as well as conducting evaluation interviews
Active contribution of projects/ideas and expansion of the network in Mediamatics in (digital) marketing
Developing and building the company website

Your profile:

Mediamatics training (EFZ or equivalent) with several years of professional experience
Solid knowledge in multimedia (photo and video production, social media, web maintenance (WordPress))
Confident handling of Adobe Creative Cloud
Appreciative approach and understanding in working with people with special needs
High degree of independence, responsibility, and teamwork skills
SVEB-1, professional profiles/instruction or experience in the educational field is an advantage
