All-rounder Cinema, Bar/Catering and Virtual Reality (m/f/d)

After the training phase, you will be able to actively support the cinema, the bar, and the VR area according to the shift plan.

• Friendly, proactive and sales-oriented guest service and advice
• Active sale of our entire shop, cinema and bar range including recommendation of our offers
• Preparation and professional serving of drinks and snacks in the rooftop and sports bar, as well as in the popcorn kitchen according to quality standards
• Ensuring a high level of service and consistent compliance with hygiene regulations
• Admission control in the cinema auditorium area and cleaning between screenings
• Active contribution to a clean, tidy and inviting appearance of your work area
• Assistance with stock management including goods control and compliance with expiry dates
• Responsibility for the cash float as well as correct and careful accounting
• Supervision of our Virtual Reality Arena and ensuring smooth operation
• Ensuring an appealing product presentation as well as always well-stocked and clean sales areas
• Flexible cooperation in the entire multiplex operation

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Professional experience in gastronomy, sales or service sector is an advantage – career changers are welcome
• Strong communication skills with very good German; additional languages are an advantage
• With your open, upbeat manner you inspire our guests and actively approach them
• Enjoyment of active selling and motivation to convincingly present and recommend our products
• Independent, reliable and service-oriented working style with high speed and efficiency awareness
