Team Leader Contributions 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

Anyone living or working in Switzerland pays contributions to social insurances. The Compensation Office collects these social insurance contributions. The Contributions Team looks after our approximately 47,000 members. They check the insurance coverage, assess the social insurance status, determine the contributions and issue invoices.

Your tasks

• Personnel management of 14 employees
• Ensuring process compliance as well as further development in cooperation with the specialists
• Deployment planning, performance assessment and further development of employees
• Recruitment and induction of new employees
• Creating framework conditions for a constructive error culture and feedback culture
• Participation in projects as well as team and cross-departmental collaboration

Your profile

• You bring several years of leadership experience, ideally with leadership training
• Ability and enthusiasm to lead, promote and further develop people
• Professional experience in the field of (social) insurances is an advantage
