Your area of responsibility

Co-responsibility for the flawless operation of the casino's internal applications
Implementation of projects to replace and expand internal applications
Interface between external partners, IT, management, and users
User support at 1st and 2nd level
Participation in the on-call service according to the deployment plan
Support of the IT team in daily operations as well as in cross-departmental tasks

What you bring

Completed training in the IT field or a comparable technical profession; alternatively, several years of professional experience in the administration of internal applications
Solid experience in software and hardware support
Experience in project management or participation in IT projects
Strong communication skills and experience working with different stakeholders
Independent, structured, and service-oriented working style
High resilience, flexibility, and a positive personality with a touch of humour
Impeccable character (criminal and debt register extracts will be requested upon contract signing)
