About the job
Your area of responsibility
- Co-responsibility for the flawless availability of the deployed IT systems and products
- Support of network systems in the areas of Data Center, Office LAN, WLAN as well as WAN
- Operation of network services including monitoring, DNS/DHCP, administration of core switch, firewall
- Support of the Windows Server infrastructure (Windows, VMware, SQL, Exchange, Domain, File server)
- Support of the virtualisation infrastructure.
- Support of casino-specific hardware and software products
- Application support for Microsoft Azure, Office 365, scripts, PowerShell
- Coverage of on-call duty together with the IT team
- User support 1st and 2nd level
What you bring
- Completed training in the field of computer science
- Experience in software and hardware support
- Experience in the area of network and firewall
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc. as well as M365 and Azure
- Experience in the area of virtualisation (VMWare ESX, Microsoft Hyper-V)
- Independent and service-oriented working style with a high quality mindset as well as a quick grasp
- Resilience, flexibility and a pinch of humour
- Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt enforcement register extracts will be requested upon contract conclusion)
