About the job
Are you looking for a meaningful task where you can accompany and support children in their school day? In our supplementary care at the Säli Steinhof primary school, you will find a varied environment, a dedicated team, and the chance to joyfully contribute your pedagogical skills.
Your tasks
- You actively participate in the care team and design professional, child-appropriate care and support.
- You are a reliable contact person for children and parents and conduct parent meetings.
- You maintain contact with teachers, janitorial staff, and other school professionals.
- You take on daily responsibility for the children's group and daily activities.
- You accompany the children in the children's restaurant and supervise various activities during lunch and in the afternoon.
- You actively participate in the weekly team meetings.
- You mainly work during school weeks, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Your profile
- You have completed social pedagogical, socio-cultural, or pedagogical training.
- You have experience and enjoy accompanying children aged 10 to 13, supporting and assisting them in their daily lives.
- You empathize with the children's world and confidently handle culturally and age-mixed groups.
- You convince with your empathetic, appreciative, and team-oriented manner and actively contribute to our school life.
- You have experience in administrative and planning tasks.
- You work independently, reliably, and communicate openly, clearly, and transparently.
