Building Services Planner - Internal Office (m/f/d)

Role:
We are looking for a committed specialist for a client for the planning, design and implementation of modern heating systems. You will work closely with internal and external partners to realise efficient and sustainable heating concepts from idea to implementation.
Responsibilities:
You take on the planning and project design of heating systems in new build and renovation projects
You create technical drawings, plans and tender documents
You coordinate with the sanitary, ventilation and electrical engineering departments
You advise customers on energy-efficient heating systems
You ensure compliance with relevant quality standards, norms and regulations
You work closely with architects, engineers and clients in all project phases
Qualifications:
You have completed training as a building services planner EFZ, specialising in heating
You have experience in HVAC planning; CAD skills (e.g. Plancal Nova) are an advantage
You are also welcome as a career starter with completed training
You are team-oriented, reliable and work structured as well as solution-focused
