The core business of Patiswiss AG in Gunzgen, Solothurn, is sweet and inspiring: From almond pastes, praline creams, couvertures, glazing masses to caramelised nuts and kernels, we offer, as an established production company in the Swiss food industry, high-quality semi-finished and finished products in the confectionery sector for trade, industry and gastronomy at home and abroad, and distribute international premium trade products. Furthermore, we offer a wide range of services and training around our products for our customers.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an immediate or agreed start date for a

Clerk Marketing & Internal Sales

Your area of responsibility:

• You help shape our marketing activities, from website and social media to newsletters and sales documents
• You advise our customers by telephone, process customer enquiries, orders and quotations, and accompany orders through to invoicing
• You coordinate delivery dates, returns and complaints, working closely with supply chain and other internal departments
• You support sales management and key account management and keep our customer and master data up to date in the ERP/CRM
• You coordinate external agencies, trade fairs and customer events and contribute to marketing and sales evaluations
• You compile customer and market feedback, prepare marketing and sales evaluations and support cross-team tasks
• You are responsible for the B2B/B2C range and contribute to product innovations

What you bring with you:

• Commercial basic training and experience in internal sales; further training in marketing is an advantage
• Very good German skills, French and English skills are an advantage
• Confident handling of Microsoft 365, ERP/CRM systems and digital communication channels
• Customer-oriented, reliable and team-oriented personality with joy in collaboration
• Experience in the food industry as well as with AI and social media is an advantage
