Profile

The nursing service of the Mendrisio Regional Hospital employs around 320 collaborators distributed across various departments, in a care context based on relationships.

Necessary requirements

• Cantonal diploma of care assistant (SSMT or SCOS) or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Disposition for quality patient-oriented service, interdisciplinary collaboration within the team, and transparent communication.
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written Italian and possibly a second national language.
• Essential knowledge of main IT tools (Office package).
