HEAD OF RAIL CONSTRUCTION / CIVIL RAIL ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT 80-100% – ZURICH

YOUR TASKS:

• Operational and technical management of the Rail Construction / Civil Rail Engineering department
• Personnel responsibility for two well-established teams with a total of around 20 employees in collaboration with the team leaders
• Maintaining existing customer relationships and actively shaping the strategic further development of the specialist area
• Project management and participation in demanding and forward-looking rail projects
• Further development and leadership of the team at our location in Poland

YOUR PROFILE:

• Successfully completed university degree in civil engineering combined with proven expertise in rail construction / civil rail engineering
• At least 8 years of experience in project management in rail infrastructure projects, ideally complemented by leadership responsibility
• Existing network in the industry is a plus
• Fluent German and good English skills (spoken and written)
