You take on the technical support of the core banking application and act as the central contact person for key processing procedures, system interfaces, and operational issues.
You investigate complex system disruptions, root causes of errors, and performance issues and analyse their impact across the entire application landscape.
You assist in providing new customer environments and are responsible for the installation and smooth rollout of software updates and patches.
You optimise and automate operational processes using shell scripting, Automic, Ansible, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
You implement and improve monitoring solutions, develop customised monitoring scripts, and ensure early detection of potential system problems.
Qualifications:
You have completed higher education in computer science (HF, FH, or university) or have several years of professional experience in the DevOps environment.
You possess solid knowledge of SQL, scripting, and automation technologies and understand complex technical contexts.
You work independently, analytically, and proactively, take responsibility, and communicate confidently with different stakeholders.
Knowledge of Finnova banking software is a plus but not a mandatory requirement for this position.
Ideally, you have experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk or Dynatrace and have very good German language skills.
