Introduction

rollimarchini is a well-established architectural firm based in Bern since 1998. The scope of activities includes

architectural mandates in study assignments, competitions and execution planning as well as

the creative construction management of conversions and new buildings. Currently, our team consists of 16 members.

Responsibilities

• Finance/Accounting: cash management, creditor control and payment preparation,

debtor invoicing and dunning, payroll accounting, executive reporting,

liquidity planning, project calculation and evaluation, preparation of cost accounting and

support of internal approaches, preparation of documents for fiduciary and annual financial statements.

• Human Resources: time tracking and hour evaluations, payroll accounting, coordination of

entries and exits, creation and updating of contracts and regulations, administration

of social insurances (AHV/IV, KTG, UVG, BVG), organisation of employee appraisals.

• Executive Support: participation in executive meetings, preparation of the annual business report, project

reporting as well as equal pay control.

• Administration: daily business (telephone, mail, post), management of company and

project insurances, organisation of events, travel and gifts, proofreading of offers

and competition entries, management of the archive, purchasing and organisation of office

/kitchen supplies.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in a similar position and industry
• Sound knowledge in finance and human resources
• Experience in working with executive management
• Structured and solution-oriented working style
