What you can contribute

• Advise customers, account managers and project managers on the choice of suitable market services and operating models
• Lead LifeCycle projects of our customers' specialist applications
• Support product managers in the professional and commercial development of the market services they are responsible for
• Coordinate and lead the entry points as the central contact point for concerns and customer enquiries regarding application management
• Coordinate and further develop cross-departmental processes with specialist departments, IT operations and security for the integration of new specialist applications, decommissions as well as for testing, monitoring and incident analysis
• Lead and optimise application management processes

What makes you unique

• University of Applied Sciences degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in application management, service management or IT portfolio management
• Sound understanding of IT application operations, IT service management as well as different operating and service models
• Analytical and conceptual thinking and the ability to prepare complex contexts appropriately for the target audience
• Professional appearance towards customers and internal stakeholders as well as independent, structured and solution-oriented working
• Active knowledge of a second official language as well as good English skills
