For the Wil Notary Office, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a period of nine months for a committed individual as

Auditor (Legal Trainee) (m/f/d)

• You apply your legal knowledge in matrimonial property and inheritance law as well as commercial law in practice and deepen it
• You are closely involved in meetings and participate in the drafting of marriage, inheritance contracts, last wills, and commercial law documents (foundations, amendments to statutes, etc.)
• You assist in the implementation of inheritance security measures (opening of wills, security inventories, and estate administrations) as well as in official partitions and executorships
• You clarify complex legal issues and develop practical solutions
• You look after clients and are in contact with various official offices

• You have completed your Master’s degree in law
• You enjoy working independently and precisely
• You take pleasure in teamwork
• You are absolutely discreet

• You gain valuable administrative experience as preparation for the examination to obtain the St. Gallen lawyer’s licence
• You will perform a varied and responsible activity
• You work with an experienced, motivated, and helpful team
• You work in the heart of Wil – short distances to the station and numerous options for lunch or after work
