To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed, service-oriented and reliable person for the Internal Sales / Key Account area. In this versatile role, you are an important hub between our customers, the Key Account team and internal specialist departments. You coordinate enquiries, process orders, clarify concerns and ensure with your precise working method that our processes run smoothly and customer-oriented.
In your daily work, you take on a varied role with a lot of responsibility and insight into different areas:
- You process and coordinate customer enquiries in the B2B and B2C environment, orders, cancellations and complaints.
- You maintain and manage customer and master data including conditions.
- You support customers by telephone and in writing and handle general correspondence.
- You organise and coordinate special deliveries as well as special orders.
- You prepare quotations, credit notes, statistics and invoices.
- You manage the Outlook inbox and take on general administrative tasks.
- You support the Key Account team in daily business and contribute to a smooth process.
- You participate in projects, process optimisations and testing of business cases.
You fit well with us if you like to work precisely, take responsibility and remain calm, solution-oriented and reliable even in a lively environment.
Ideally, you bring the following:
- A commercial basic education or a comparable qualification.
- Professional experience in Key Account, internal sales or administration.
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written.
- Good French and/or English skills are an advantage.
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Outlook.
- An independent, structured and precise working style.
- A resilient, team-oriented and communicative personality.
- A quick grasp and enjoyment of administrative and coordinative tasks.
