- Recording and processing new UVG and daily sickness benefit notifications as well as billing of assigned benefit cases
- Telephone and written clarification with contract partners/insured persons
- Preparing benefit cases for forwarding to complex processing
- Triaging and processing specific questions and enquiries in collective mail accounts
What you bring
- Commercial or equivalent vocational training, initial practical professional experience an advantage
- Confident German in spoken and written form as well as very good spoken French skills (level B2)
- Sound knowledge of MS Office
- Customer-oriented, resilient and responsible personality
