Since 1946, Hug Baustoffe AG has been successful in the building materials, ceramic tiles, and sanitary wholesale trade. As an independent, autonomous building materials dealer with a full range of products, we are active with around 240 employees in the Zurich economic area - headquarters in Volketswil as well as branches in Zurich, Dietikon, Bülach, Volketswil, Hinwil, Elsau, Jona, Altendorf and Wettingen.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and cheerful personality for the Nänikon team with immediate effect or by arrangement:

Sales Back Office Clerk Building Materials.

Your tasks:

• You advise our demanding customers from the construction industry directly at the counter and on the phone 
• You accompany and monitor the sales process from order entry to delivery
• You monitor and control deadlines
• You handle customer complaints and perform general administrative tasks
• You work closely with the field staff, purchasing and logistics 

Your profile:

• Completed training in plaster and drywall construction
• Ideally, you already have further training in the administrative field
• You have already gained customer and sales experience
• You have good IT user skills (MS Office, ERP)
• You are very service-oriented and flexible
• Your mother tongue is German
