As HR divisional management and staff unit of HR, we are responsible for cross-divisional tasks and projects. This is how we are
Your tasks
- You work on strategic HR projects along the employee life cycle and, depending on the topic, also take on their management (new software, processes or regulations)
- You develop, design and maintain HR processes and concepts (e.g. HR role concept IT, communication concept, data protection).
- You handle and coordinate special and specific topics, such as benefits, special payments or government inquiries.
- You work closely with the other HR departments
- You represent HR in hospital-wide overall projects and ensure exchange and coordination with the relevant internal departments
Your profile
- You have a completed degree (e.g. business administration), ideally supplemented by further training in project management or HR specialist topics
- You bring several years of professional experience in the HR environment, in project work or HR specialisation, ideally in healthcare
- You have pronounced analytical, conceptual and organisational skills
- You have a good understanding of HR processes as well as legal and regulatory issues
- You have a strong affinity for HR systems, SAP, digitalisation and modern work tools
- You work independently, analytically and pragmatically
- You feel comfortable in a versatile interface function between conceptual work and operational implementation
