Your task

• In your area of operation, you are responsible for professional customer service
• You troubleshoot faults in Miele household appliances and provide further services to our end customers
• You are on the road daily with your Miele service van
• Your technical understanding is as important as your flair in dealing with customers
• You are a competent contact person for our end customers and are also capable of concluding sales directly on site

What convinces us

• A completed training in an electrical profession (e.g. assembly electrician / electrical installer / automation technician etc.)
• Enjoyment of driving and driving licence category B (no entry in the criminal record extract)
• Confident German and good IT skills
• Enjoyment of daily contact with our customers
