About the job

With a new outpatient clinic for children, adolescents, and young adults in Thun, we will strengthen outpatient primary care in the region in 2026 and, in conjunction with the already existing inpatient services at the Psychiatric Center for Adolescents and Young Adults, make an important contribution to integrated psychiatric-psychotherapeutic care. 

• Assuming case responsibility as well as outpatient psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment
• Supervision and professional support of staff in training
• Co-design and further development of the outpatient clinic and outpatient strategy
• Implementation of professional, organizational, and economic goals 

• Recognized specialist title as a specialist physician or specialist psychologist in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry/-psychotherapy
• Enjoyment of pioneering work and innovation
• High social competence, teamwork skills, and sense of responsibility 
• Structured and independent working style
• Evidence-based working method with knowledge in DBT
• Experience in different mental health settings
