We are looking for a committed

CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK (100%)

Your main tasks:

• Recording and processing customer orders
• Contact person for the assigned field staff
• Monitoring delivery dates, invoicing, credit notes, returns
• Creating offers independently and according to templates
• Maintaining conditions, customer discounts, prices in SAP
• Communication with customers, external warehouse and sister companies
• Correspondence in German, French and partly English
• Operating the telephone switchboard

Your profile:

• Commercial training and initial experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge of order processing
• Technically interested
• Confident German, good French and English skills
• Commitment, teamwork and customer orientation
• Very good MS Office skills are required, SAP is an advantage
