To strengthen our team and to expand the "Debt Asset Management" business area, we are looking for a committed individual to join our Analysis, Origination & Servicing (AOS) team at our Zug location immediately or by arrangement as

Investment Manager / Senior Investment Manager (80-100%).

Do you think entrepreneurially, recognise opportunities and risks early, and efficiently bring financing cases to completion? Then become part of our Debt Asset Management team and accompany demanding real estate financings from analysis to repayment. Based on your experience, you will join us as an Investment Manager or Senior Investment Manager.

Your tasks

• You analyse and structure real estate financings throughout the entire credit process.
• You review financing requests and conduct the necessary due diligence investigations focusing on the collateral as well as the creditworthiness and credit capacity of the borrower.
• You derive an independent assessment and clear recommendations for action and prepare well-founded credit applications for the responsible decision-making bodies.
• You accompany the implementation of the financings and maintain close contact with borrowers as well as internal and external stakeholders.
• You handle the establishment of mortgage securities in cooperation with notaries and land registries.
• You manage and monitor existing engagements until full repayment.

As a Senior Investment Manager, you additionally take on the professional guidance and support of Investment Managers.

Your profile

• Higher education in finance, banking, real estate or a comparable field
• Relevant professional experience in real estate financing, credit analysis or real estate investments
• Understanding of annual financial statements and business contexts as well as the ability to assess the financial situation of borrowers thoroughly
• Basic knowledge of Swiss mortgage law and understanding of the establishment and processing of mortgage securities
• Analytical thinking, structured working method and strong initiative
• Confident manner in customer contact and fluent communication in German
• Enjoyment in taking responsibility and finding the best solution together as a team
• Native German speaker with good English skills, French skills are an advantage
